This week’s Thursday Thriller is all about getting high and getting dirty.

Getting High:

Sky diving and B.A.S.E. jumping has always facinated me. Maybe it’s the thrill of freefalling or the possible dangers of a parachute fail but there’s something about trying to fly that’s got me hooked. We’ve had a couple of Thursday Thrillers about speed flying and B.A.S.E. jumping before but I don’t think there’s a better video out there to truly capture what it’s like to float/plummet towards the earth:

These days it seems all the rage to enter ridiculously masochistic races that not only involve running long distances but also being stung by nettles/dunked into ice water filled tunnels/jump over burning bushes/get shot at but I can’t see the point-if the challenge itself isn’t big enough without adding in torture then maybe you should up the challenge? This race however looks like the best thing ever. I wish every day was a 10km run through mud puddles and down water slides!
